Kids and weight loss

Some or most of you read my other blog.
I have been working to lose weight for months now.
I happily reached a 30 pound loss today.
It has been hard but a rewarding adventure for me.

I have tried to get my kids in on the exercise part.
TC does pretty good until his asthma kicks in...which with the weather changes, it is often.
Bless his heart.
He is not lazy but has so many health issues.

Sara has lost 11 pounds but she has not exercised with me much since school started.
She is a teen, we have our days where we do not get along.
They are unfortunately very frequent as of late.

I am hoping this too shall pass.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Extra pounds and special needs kids tends to go together. I was just invited to join a Facebook group called Autism Moms on Weight Watchers!

Great about the weight loss. Teens are not easy to live with, I remember how I was. Hope things smooth out soon.

Oh, great job! One of my boys has asthma (two others have Autism) and he struggles with weight issues. *sigh* So hard....

And about the teen daughter---well, you saw my Wordless Wednesday today of my girl and her new car.... It can be a tough time for mom/daughter relations!
